Where do you ship?
We ship all across Egypt. Stay tuned — more destinations are coming as Laplaya grows.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. We accept cash on delivery as well as online card payments via Visa and Mastercard — whichever feels right for you.
How will I know my order was placed?
You'll get an email confirmation as soon as your order goes through. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us at laplayacloset@gmail.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll find a solution together.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
That's on us — completely. Send us a photo and your order details at laplayacloset@gmail.com and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes sizing guidance. When in doubt, size up — our pieces are designed to flow and be worn at the shore, so comfort comes first. Still unsure? DM us on Instagram and we'll help you figure it out.
Do the sets run true to size?
Generally yes, but fit varies by style. The product descriptions will always tell you if something runs smaller or larger than usual.

Where is Laplaya based?
Laplaya was born by the beach, Egypt 2017 — built from the shore up, by a girl who couldn't find what she was looking for, so she created it herself.
Is Laplaya an Egyptian brand?
100%. Egyptian-founded, beach-born, built for every woman who wants to show up at the shore and actually feel something.
