Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Laplaya Closet, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

Delivery Times

- Cairo & Giza: 2-4 business days
- Other governorates: 3-7 business days
- Remote areas: Up to 7-10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays and peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain amount (see promotional banners).
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship across Egypt to all major cities and governorates.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

- Available for all Egyptian addresses.
- Payment must be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) upon delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

Failed Deliveries

- If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs on re-delivery attempts.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned and refunded (excluding shipping costs).

Damaged in Transit

- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Returns & Exchanges Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
- Shipping costs for defective items will be covered by Laplaya Closet.
