Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Laplaya Closet, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at laplayacloset@gmail.com or +20 102 352 3785.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  • You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
    • All tags must be attached
    • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Sale items and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for the same or different products within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchange requests must be sent to laplayacloset@gmail.com.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at laplayacloset@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.
