Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and refunded (where applicable) if your order is cancelled.

4. Payment

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways, including credit and debit cards processed via Paymob. All payment information is handled securely by the payment processor. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 3 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. We do not offer cash refunds; eligible items may be exchanged or credited as store credit. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
